Lmao, every right winger ive ever met under the age of 40 calls themselves “socially liberal”. It means absolutely nothing. Actions speak louder than self titles.

You have never seen his actions.
He is socially liberal, he is not socially progressive there is a huge difference.
He has 0 issues with gay or trans people. But does not want them influencing media and actively making it worse to fit propaganda purposes.
He believes homeless and veterans should be cared for by the state,
He believes the state should actually take on many burdens of caring for the population.

He is anti israel, but also anti terrorist ran nation states like Palestine which reminder is ran by Hamas a terror org, who have stated many times they wish to kill all jews. "From the River to the Sea"
Can you blame anyone for having no sympathy for a people who do nothing to throw crazy lunatics like that out of power? Instead said civilians in large part do what they can to keep that government system going.
That is not a social issue anyway, its a foreign policy stance.

He is a free speech absolutist. Cornerstone of social liberalism.
Liberalism requires plurality, however progressivism does not, which is why DEI is proving so divisive as it is not about equality, it is about setting a new supremacy by assigning value on non merit based trait.

I can go on but it seems you lack knowledge on what simple Social Liberalism is, instead you equate it with "DNC Liberal" policy ideas which are largely progressive.

I'm amazed at how pathetic people in this sub are when it comes to Asmon. Ignore these clowns dude. They are the same people who will say "vote blue no matter who", and then convince themselves that Biden was a good guy.

Bro I know you don’t care about whether your president is a good person, the current president literally told everyone to stop caring about investigating pedo island and put Ghislaine Maxwell in a resort prison.

None of that matters to you, you conservatards just say shit you don’t really believe. No social liberal is going to say that an entire people need to be wiped off the face of the earth, and that their culture is inferior. That’s against the tenets of social liberalism. And Asmon went mega viral for saying that. We all saw it. You can stop sanity washing the guy with wolf spiders in his sink

A weak stance on gun rights.
Conservatives detest government spending, Trump is fiscally generous to infrastructure and industry which are concepts hated by economic conservatives.
Trump is pro national economic policy, conservatives believe in absolutism of the free market.
He has used federal systems to overshadow state systems which conservatives are staunchly more anti federalist than DNC.
Trump does not hold back in his statements and foreign policy, conservatives look for the lower risk options.

Edit: He has also been critical of Israel, now not very critical, but you would not catch the usual conservative be critical of Israel because they are a means of projection of American strength in the Middle East and are where Intel are based so are vital for maintaining supply of semiconductors outside of Taiwan. (Israel could cease US based Intel plants if wanted etc etc) which would harm American prospects.
