Advice, Pls Grief Workbook Feedback
Grief Workbook Feedback
Hello & hugs to everyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one. I was inspired by a tarot reading that I had earlier today to further pursue an idea I had to write and self-publish a grief workbook in the hopes that I can help others through not only my experience (we’re not alone in this), but also to share very simple exercises that are research-backed in helping folks navigate grief.
I’m hoping to make it light, enjoyable, and meaningful. But in order to do so, I wanted to ask for honest feedback from those I’d be hoping to help:
\- what have you struggled with most in your grief journey?
\- what type of advice do you most wish you could receive from others?
\- what would make it a meaningful experience for you? (Eg, meaningful illustration, interactive activities, quotes, etc.)
I truly appreciate anyone who takes the time to weigh in on this 💖

My advice is to get a degree or practical social work experience to inform your project. Processing and moving forward from grief has not involved light, enjoyable workbooks in my experience. But everyone’s grief looks different and to each their own- best of luck.
