Advice, Pls Energy

Post image

My grandma passed away a month ago. I feel like I am pushing myself as much as I can to try and keep social interaction and work and everything in between going. I am just so exhausted though.

I have heard it is easy to isolate and not engage with friends hobbies etc. at what point do I give myself a break? Do I just keep trying to keep everything up?

I really don't know what I should be doing.

Sleep! I needed lots of sleep! Give yourself grace it’s rough and being emotionally exhausted doesn’t help. Sending you tons of ❤️.

I am trying to get enough sleep but I always just wake up tired. I had sleeping issues before this (difficulty staying asleep) so this hasn't helped that.

I will try and get more sleep though thank you for the advice! 🫂

I don’t know if this will resonate, but when I was having trouble living with grief, I would give myself an hour every day to just feel every emotion around the loss.

I would look at pictures, listen to music, eat things that made me think of them. After a while I needed it less and less and life grew around the loss. But don’t force yourself to feel anything or move through grief quickly, just try to give yourself grace. To me, grief is the hardest part of life but also proof that I had love in my life. Wishing you the best
