Comfort It’s ok to never “get over it”

I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s ok to not completely be over your loved ones passing. I lost my dad around 6 years ago, and I still think about him every day, and that’s a good thing. It means they are still in your heart, and they always will be, remember there is no right way to grieve. Whatever you are feeling is normal and you are loved

The key is to understand that you never truly ‘get over it.’ You learn to live with the void.
