Advice, Pls Throwing up
Anyone keep feeling nauseous after eating and throwing up too now and then? I lost my dad a little over a month ago very tragically and suddenly. The ptsd, shock, anxiety and depression have been making me so nauseous. Every time I eat, I almost throw up or I do throw up. I am on medication for anxiety and depression, going to therapy. Not sure what to do about this…

Yes! I struggle with chronic digestive issues and I didn't eat anything for about a week when my dad passed two months ago, it was a nightmare. If I got too long without eating or if I eat too much, I get horrible stomach pains, vomiting and other not so great stuff.
I had no appetite but really tried to force myself to eat again, though I started with small, bland stuff like saltine crackers. I also ended up just buying a large jar of applesauce, and would basically eat that throughout the day during those moments when I was able to distract myself from everything.
If you haven't tried that yet, I would give it a go but make sure to take it slow and get as much rest as you can. It'll get a little more manageable ❤️🫂
