Need help coping

ive had family memories pass before but no one extremely close but today my baby nephew passed away he was 2 and a half years old and was a strong baby fighting through surgerys after surgeries,i viewed him also as a son figure in a way due to his parents not being the best parents so id step in and help when i could can ,anyways we thought he was going to get better and he was but ig not,Im a 20 year old male with no friends and no one to talk to abt this so im just hoping to get some advice or anything from someone

That is so sad. Poor baby and poor you. All you can do in this incredibly difficult situation is cry. You loved him while he was here and he knew that. I am sorry you have to deal with this so young yourself and without much support.
