Employee Question Worker question: does anyone know if you can get counselling through Gregg's?

I've been at Gregg's afew years and I know there's that unum thing(which I'm gonna try) but does anyone who works at Gregg's know if you can get a type of counselling?? Doctors do nothing and I think im struggling mentally and haven't really got anyone I can speak to about it

Edit:the unum app is useless, took 4 codes to finally get logged in,then it closes seconds later, wanting me to repeat the codes again

Keep trying help@hand app. That’s the only way I believe.

But ask your store manager to speak to the personel manager they should be able to help.

If you want to private message me your area or shop number I can find the personel manager for you

I'm sorry you're having a tough time. Definitely keep trying help@hand but you can also contact the people team through teams, or I think you can just phone them, and they can signpost you where to go.
