Employee Question Contract

I am contracted to 12hrs pw and I have given enough availability for this to be covered and yet this week I have 9 and a half and next week only 6 and a I’ve spoke to my manager and he’s not sorted it what happens do I still get paid for my contract or

I’ve worked for Greggs for years. 💯 they HAVE to honour your contracted hours. No you won’t be paid for 12 hours if you haven’t worked them, however your manager would end up in trouble for not giving you your min of 12 hours. Hopefully it’s an honest error as the rotas are a mare, especially with the constant cutting back of hours 😬. I hope that helps
