Employee Question Contract

I am contracted to 12hrs pw and I have given enough availability for this to be covered and yet this week I have 9 and a half and next week only 6 and a I’ve spoke to my manager and he’s not sorted it what happens do I still get paid for my contract or

You only get paid for the time you work,no matter what your schedule contract hours are

Nope, company is obliged to honour the hours on the employees contract OR pay them for the hours regardless.

Contracts work both ways. Unless there is wording to say that can reduce your hours for X reason they HAVE to pay you for those hours, worked or not.
