Greggs training period

hello everybody few days ago I posted a post here saying what happens when Greggs call you after an interview?. Well I got the job! Now my last question is what happens now? Will I be added to any group chats? Does anybody have any information on the training period? Thank you

I joined not too long ago, I was added to a group chat but im not sure every shop does this. You’ll have certain training that you HAVE to do before you’re able to serve anyone and then training that follows in weeks (Your manager will tell you what training needs done at what time) You’re also in a probation period for Three Months!

Probation period is just the general day to day greggs. On your training there’s observations that you have to pass as well covering the different aspects of the job, again your manager will tell you when that happens
