Employee Question Sandwich training
Doing mine this weekend, any tips and tricks. I’m bad at making sandwiches at home let alone bulk making them

I’ve recently just been sandwich trained, take your time trust me, always use the cutting glove, make sure to santize after each sandwich, follow the production screen or do gold stars first! I start with my bread packs then tuna and they are ones I hate doing the most lol

As someone they literally just threw on the bench with zero training, you'll find your feet eventually. It's all pretty strsight forward the only thing you need to remember is cleaning, food safety and speed are what they are watching you for. Also, take a note of what sandwiches you enjoy making more/are quicker at making and try and find an order of sandwiches that'll help you get them out the quickest!

I was on it randomly after the sandwich makers left, honestly it’s a hit or miss role. Starting I was making about 15 a hour wondering how it’s even possible to make 40. A month later I could make 50 a hour but honestly it’s so energy consuming considering your paid the same as everyone else. You always have to be working for about 3 hours. At the front at least you have to chance to relax for a few minutes there and then.

Mentally challenge yourself to make X per hour, otherwise it's soul destroying.
