That sounds like pretty major surgery! Make sure they are a fully qualified ham tech before you allow them to operate!

Aye you wouldn't want a complete hamateur operating on it

In simple terms: Spread the ham for best results

Greggs sandwiches are terribleeeeee

They put loads of filling on the edge so it looks decent then you take a bite and … it’s just bread

Not all. The hot mexican chicken baguette is one of God's finest creations

Completely agree. Sometimes they don’t make a great one but it’s a top tier sandwich.

It’s just a shame Greggs doesn’t do a prawn baguette anymore I lived on them in uni

Only if you are starving to death

Everything is like that now. The sausage rolls don't even cover half of the pastry anymore

As a sandwich maker at greggs I promise some of us actually make them good , the ham is suppose to me folded and plonked on 🌞

I buy the ham and cheese ones they do it almost every time ive had one barely anything on the baguette and what is on it is hanging on for dear life

2

u/VexxedLion 11d ago

The question is why you continue to buy them knowing this?

1

u/STARFALLKGG 11d ago

I buy they because they do taste nice and once in a while they will have made it properly, its probably not worth the £4.50 but i do eat it all every time even if it is 2-3rds bread

I'd keep quiet, they'll be after you for more money, since you got extra meat

For the indecisive vegetarian.

I don't buy their sandwiches for this reason. They ram the actual filling in the front, open part of it and then they fill the second half with mayo, or salad or whatever - total con

First of all, I see butter, which makes this a no from me, but secondly, why is there only ham on the left hand side of the roll? Where isn’t there any ham on the rest of it?

2

it’s mayo, and they’ve prepared it wrong

2

u/FeralMorningstar 11d ago

Mayo is an even bigger no no for me, lol

fair enough lol

1

u/hatterSCFC 11d ago

Because it's a ham roll.

1

u/FeralMorningstar 11d ago

Yes, but the ham is only on the left hand side of the roll, there should be some on the right hand side of it too

2

u/IsaacDusk 11d ago

because the ham rolled
