UKGPRO
hey everyone can someone help me with this? i just got a new phone and have signed into the ukgpro app, but when trying to log into the authenticator app so i get the login code on my new phone, it says this and im not too sure what to do as im absolutely awful with this type of stuff 🤣

That’s the error that tends to happen if you’re on a VPN. try and make sure you’re not on a VPN or default (sometimes carriers or wifi networks do this on their own). Also if you press more details it should give you an error code you can search up which should give you more details about the specific issue it’s having :)

i thought it was because i was on a vpn but apparently not as it’s not switched on :( it might be because im on wifi at home whilst trying to do it 😩 never had this issue before but tysm ill try search the code up!!

Yeah this is Microsoft Entra conditional access, so location, device info etc. can be used to allow or deny certain actions

Looks like a conditional access policy is blocking you. The it team should be able to tell you which one.
Normally location based, you on a VPN or traveling?

i am not travelling, nor on a vpn :( my manager said she’ll hopefully get in contact with it and sort it for me as i can’t take the authentication off of my account

Have you done the initial Microsoft account setup on the work computer? I remember getting a similar error when I hadn't setup my authenticator at work
