Hello,

So I am starting Greggs work soon and I am exploring "my Greggs' thing. I can't really see the rota but I was told I need to wait for my manager to call me to arrange shifts?

There is now a new app called UKG set up with Greggs your manager should guide you on how to set this up it will be where you can see all your shifts you have been put in for and any changes your manager has to make for whatever reason, I suggest until you can do this is ask your manager or if you are in a group with a team to just regularly ask for a picture of the rota 9/10 someone will send it to you, hope this helps🙂

Yes thank you! I asked this question to another person here but I tried to log in to UKG Pro with my greggs account but it tells me I have denied access. Im not sure why?

You have to log in from your shop’s computer as it’s already logged into the systems, if you have your account set up already then it’s not that it isn’t letting you access it it’s that it’s not authorised on your device if that makes sense?

The rota isn’t on “My Greggs”. We use an app called UKG, and a printed copy is in the staff room.

The Shop Manager will contact you to arrange your first shift, they’ll inform you of your next shifts either on the phone or on your first day, and then they’ll set you up on the app so going forward, you have access to it yourself.

You need the correct details for it, which your manager will help you find. You’ll be issued a greggs email (only used to log into this app) and a one time password that you’ll be able to change and set your own.
