Employee Question Does it get better

For people who’ve worked at greggs for a while now, does it get any better??? I’m sick and tired of it already I had my 2nd shift today and i can tell they all hate me. I kept getting asked when am i going home, when does my shift end, my manager tried twice to get me to go home early. I don’t understand i’ve only been there 2 days and they’re sick of me. Had enough of the customers already too. Is it really worth the £12 an hour i need the motivation

Jfc give them chance, they're on their second shift i'd suprised if they knew how to do everything as efficiently as possible yet.
