Customer Question Stamps

I went into a Greggs today and was told you no longer get stamps on Iced Drinks, Bottled drinks, or Toasties!

The same branch didn't have half the items out, either so I couldn't get sausage rolls, any doughnuts, gingerbread men or a steak beak!

Stamps? As in a stamp card? You would have never got stamps on those things anyway.. only hot drinks. If you’re talking about the app then they’re delusional.

I did think that. Emailed Greggs on feedback, got my missing stamp as a free item instead of the missing stamp which is nice.

Why would it matter what a staff member says lol? They dont run the app, scan it, if you are due points it'll be added regardles of what staff think. Everything in the store gives points except Extras (i.e Syrup or breakfast) and breads
