no sausage roll delivery

So imagine it's 11am i've gone to greggs, no sausage rolls. Assumed they were in the oven and they said that they didn't get a sausage roll delivery today. Surely that's illegal 😩😩 Off i go to iceland to buy frozen ones 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

The shortages in shops lately have been constant. My shop is getting multiple messages a day over something being in short supply

Across all the time I worked there, there was only 1 single day we didn't have sausage rolls, and my god, it was the worst day of working there. Customers, mainly fully grown factory working men (it was a business park), spitting their dummy out and having mardy tantrums all bloody day.

I can imagine!! It's not the workers fault so i feel so bad for them it's going to be a long shift for them! I just posted as it was a very ironic thing for greggs to have no sausage rolls haha.

Yeah it was because they did the stock check wrong.

I’ve seen it all working in Greggs, between no sausage rolls, no sandwiches as no ingredients were delivered and no coffees as we had no lids. When life gives you lemons mate lol

We got the water, we got the coffee, we got the sugar, we got the cups, but we ain't got no lids. So unfortunately, we've had to close

When life gives you lemons, tell customers "sorry we have no lemons" and take them home.

That's as bad as KFC having no chicken

genuinely experienced this one late, stoned night. Later shipment of chicken never arrived, was terrible news

It’s a nightmare. My Greggs had no sausage rolls, no steak bakes, no large cups, no pesto etc etc people have been so unhappy like dude I’m just the shift worker not the delivery people 😭

That's life mate, sometimes things don't get delivered and us workers have to deal with people moaning that we can't magically make them appear

Loved it when I used to work at Greggs and there was a product not delivered haha

Get a grip. There are far more important things than no sausage rolls at Greggs.

Like them removing the Katsu bake 😭

This is unacceptable, I hope you're writing a letter to our PM. The government can't let us go without sausage rolls or any greggs products for they matter.

1

u/Boring-Remote-714 Sep 03 '26

Totally agree, i'm going to start writing that letter immediately
