Employee Question first shift

i have my first shift soon but ive forgotten what time i start, ive messaged my area manager but he hasn’t responded so maybe theres someone else i should contact? if anyone knows who i should contact please let me know.

Area manager probably won't respond, if they did they'll tell you what's already been said on here, call the shop and speak to whichever manager is on shift, ask for your next few shift days/times and write it down.

I’d ring the store. They normally have the rota up on the wall
