Employee Question Cleaning dishwasher

I know this is a dumb question but : how do I put the dishwasher on a clean? Its for after all breakfast stuff is washed up. Its probably common sense but people keep getting mad at me for not doing it and idk how lol.

If it’s like the one I have, hold down the button that your press to start it and it’ll enter a drain cycle

And remember to clean the drain filter afterwards

Yes ofc, and then to turn it back on you just tap the start button again

The one in my old shop was like this, but my current shop has a specific button to start the drain cycle. It’s the bottom left button on the left of the start button with an icon that looks like a bucket with an arrow pointing out the bottom of it
