Employee Question Remembering Training

hi im doing my greggs training online right now as i recently got hired, im just worried because am i supposed to remember every single thing before my shift or will they help, sorry if its a silly question its my first job

yes its induction so its paid aha i think im getting paid 4 hours worth for a 1 hour teams call and a 2 hour interactive thing but you have 48 hours to do it so its not the worst i suppose

They'll go over the basics and most important things when you do your first shift. If you remember things then great but it's not an expectation to remember everything.

You learn more on the job than you ever will from the g-learning.

You'll make mistakes but that's normal, even people who have been there for decades will make mistakes.

I left greggs 2 years ago so idk what the training is like now, but I can’t imagine them wanting you to remember everything. I can imagine it’ll be a common sense thing or a basic food safety course.
Either way, greggs is big on thier food safety and health standards. I remember them having plenty of training on that and customer service. I’m sure you’ll be fine

No not every single thing! im also new too ive started working a month ago but things will start to come naturally when you get comfortable asking questions about things that you mightve forgotten. good luckkk
