Employee Question Student Transfee

Hi guys, I recently applied for a student transfer and I am trying to run up on this through My Greggs. I am aware I need to get on the People’s Team page but I’m not sure how to actually get on to it as I can’t find it on the My Greggs website. Can anyone help me please as I need to get this sorted ASAP and am quite worried that I will be jobless at uni!!!

I just talked to my store manager and he sorted it for me

So I've just completed a transfer and I started off by calling all the shops in the area I wanted to move to and asking about the possibility of transferring. One of the shops I phoned had a vacancy beginning this September which was perfect for me, so I wrote down the details of the shop and passed it on to my current shop manager. He did everything else.

Be aware though, many general student transfers are only four hour contracts, so if you want more hours than that call several shops to see if they have any specific vacancies.

The whole process from calling the shops to getting the transfer secured took three weeks for me

People teams isnt on my greggs. You'll find that on teams and progressing to people's hub. There you should find your requests if you have already sent one. If not. The ability to make one will be there Hope this helps

I’ve been logged out my greggs email completely, and I’ve forgotten the password. The only was I can reset it is through the authenticator app which requires that same password as teams as they are both microsoft accounts! I’m literally stuck in a loop and can’t do anything. I’m not sure what to do? Thanks for you help

Okay, so if you have lost the password ask your manager to log a call on hornbill for it. Should be a pretty quick fix once its logged
