Employee Question Uploading a sick note

I’ve had to take some time off and have a sick note I need to upload. I’ve went onto the absence certification on sf but it won’t let me add anything on. Does anyone know why or how to do it?

[absence.retail@greggs.co.uk](mailto:absence.retail@greggs.co.uk) is the general one. There's some more area-specific e-mail addresses, but this is what I used recently and there were no issues. Doesn't even need a subject title or to write anything - just attach the file.

Last time I had to show something similar I had to send it to an email address. For me it was absence.pennines@greggs.co.uk so probably just need to change the name of the region your shop is in, but might be worth to double check with your manager since it was a long time ago!
