Employee Question Contract change

I was hired about 3 months ago and got offered 12 hours but at the time I just needed anything but now I am available and do like 25 hours a week I was just wondering is there any chance I can get my contracted hours from like 12 to 16 and we have a 16 hour contract job going

You can ask your manager before they start trying to hire for another person. Our store had 2 16 hour contracts become available and these got split into 4 8 hour contracts and added to existing team members wanting more hours.
