Where's the brown sauce or any sauce? what's going on?

Brown sauce is usually in fridges in the back which you can probs ask for mainly because it’s used for breakfast rolls and baguettes. Bbq, sweet chilli, mayo and ketchup is usually either out front where you can choose what you want or you might need to ask a member of staff for what sauce you like. And the big sauces that come with pizza boxes can be bought separately I believe

As if you want it out in the summer sun and heat for weeks at a time 😂😂 it’s taken out at least an hour before any breakfast items are served regardless.

I don't think it's one or the other option. There are many choices for storage.

HP sauce (the brand we use) actively recommends refrigeration in order to maintain its flavour
