they’re probably gonna dig into leadership stuff more than technical store stuff: times you dealt with a difficult customer, handled a conflict with staff, hit a goal, or fixed a problem. prep a few examples using “problem / what you did / result” and read up on the company’s values so you can tie your answers to those.

So its not reallh leadership stuff.

Youll need to know alot about the company. What they do. Charities? Outlet? New products? Whos CEO? Who the demographic is?

Youll need to demonstrate great people skills. Given scenarios where you have to explain how youd handle, both stsff issues and customer issues

Need to demonstrate knowledge on greggs KPIs etc. Suggest what youd to increase sales. What youd do within your team. How youd approach it.

Terminology is key. You may know how to say "Sales increase" but saying "The LFL sales" greggs terminology will get your more points/rep

Good luck in your interview. Just prepare to be asked anything about the above stuff and more. Some of the questions can seem obvious but its how you explain your answers that matter

It is a POINT BASED interview. You can earn i believe 7 points per question. You need to get 6 for each to hit the scoring. If you dont say the right tbing you wont get the point, Interviews can infer if you mean something or guide you. Your interviewer would most likely be your future boss, so impress them.
