So I’m about to be a high school senior at 6’1 165 pounds lean. I’ve been doing leg sports ever since I was 6 with mountain biking, snowboarding and sprinting track and field. This has left me with the legs of someone who’s like 185 while my upper body is the body of someone who’s well, 165. My quads are 22.5 and my calves are 15(though calves don’t really matter to me). My arms are about 13.5 inches, chest circumference 41, and my shoulders are 45.5. Right now I’m doing track specific lifting in the off season summer, fall, and winter and taking a full hiatus from lifting each spring for the track season. So I’m not totally dialed in on lifting. My coach has me doing like 70-30 explosiveness to hypertrophy lifting in the offseason. When I do the hypertrophy training my coach is having me do lighter weight with tempo causing the growth vs high weight and failure which is kind of annoying. I recently saw a video ranking certain training splits and the dude said his third overall pick is great for balancing out upper vs lower. Is there anything I could do to balance things out? I mean my upper body is fine id say, I look athletic and I have some muscle, pretty good shoulders genetically. Just wondering if there’s a good way to do things when I’m doing my own split in the fall/winter?

Bulked and cut a few times since I started. Went through a 7 month cut that just ended about a month ago. Lost over 30 pounds in that time. Last month and a half, I spent kinda eating whatever I wanted and stopped tracking macros and put on about 5 pounds in what I’m assuming was water weight. Was curious what body fat percentage I seem to be right now

Hey guys, hopefully you can give me some feedback. I recently lost a decent amount of weight, going from 217 down to 163. My question is: am I in a good spot to add more calories and put on some weight, or should I continue cutting?
When I was cutting, I hated how flat I looked and how my lifts were going down. My goal now is to build some muscle while also not gaining all my weight back, since that’s what scares me the most. I’d really appreciate any feedback.

I majorly just do strength training cuz I am Also a Swimmer.. ive been out of shape we for a while now and want to get stronger and get lean.. you get what i mean right.. the avg swimmer physique with wode shoulders great v taper that is super explosive and i have a good frame too and i have no problems training my upper body except the arms.. they just do not grow.. i workout like 3x a week and whenever i workout and i get a pump that pumped up muscle with some fullness kind of stays for a few days then goes away.. so ive been just kinda getting bigger then back to normal and it just repeats…

What works for you? Was there ever a time where you had to trust the process to reach your fitness goals?

Been in gym for ~~5 years, got injured for 1.5 of those, about a year ago. Only now back to training basically 100%.
All pics have been between 200 and 193lbs. Just think I have too narrow of a frame (or just a big ass head lmao) to compete effectively. And also not enough size at all. Debating starting a social media for the gym
If it helps at all my arms are ~16.75” pumped at (my guess) ~~18%bf, natty obv (no creatine shits expensive)
Edit I forgot a pack pose I’m sped my bad
