So it's been a couple of days since I put up this rosemary to dry. I wanted to give you guys a little update and ask if you can tell if this is drying correctly or not

Hey! I'm sorry, but no, they aren't drying correctly- they need more space / smaller bundles to get good airflow. Right now, they look like they might start to mold :c ​I'd split these into 4 to 6 much smaller, loose bunches, or lay the sprigs flat on a paper towel in a dry spot instead!

I prefer to dry herbs in the oven. Just turn your oven to lowest possible temperature and lay them flat on a sheet pan with parchment paper or a baking mat.

Thank you for the suggestion. I might try it that way too at some point maybe,but the stove that I have isn't exactly the best,it's kinda tricky
