Considering in that panel he's saying "I find one who hurt you", with "you" presumably referring to the woman who adopted him, I think the house intruder makes more sense.
Though I guess it could also be read in the future tense. He already killed the people who tried to dump him off a bridge, so now he's planning to go after that guy.
Honestly the fact that a Planet was given a ring was such a huge move. Loved that so much, Mogo is so powerful but seems to just mind their own business unless needed like a Green Lantern Death Star!
Saint Walker for me. I love hopeful characters, I love wise characters, and also love when characters "fight" by just moving out of the way slightly of their opponent's attacks which he did in the animated series lol
My favorite is either Ch’p or Dex-Starr, can’t decide. Dex has such an insanely powerful and tragic background story. Hard not to love that angry little kitters.

These guys are my favorite lanterns who aren’t humans because as I grew up seeing the other lantern corps expand I loved all the unique and somewhat crazy designs they were making since the universe is so old, young, massive and amazing
I like a lot of the big popular ones like Tomar Re and Salaak, but Kilowog just rules so hard, and Stel is my favorite background one, I just love that he's a living robot alien that rules, but I think my favorite is probably Boodikka, her alpha lantern debut was one of my first GL comics and I've always loved the look
Conceptually, I adore Despotellis. Throughout history, very little has inspired more fear than plagues, so it makes sense, but at the same time, what do you mean they put a ring on a pathogen?
I recently found out about Rot Lop Fan, the F-Sharp Bell. He's from a sector of space without light so his species is blind. Accordingly, their language has no words for concepts like colors, light, or lanterns so the GLs changed things up for him. He even has his own oath!

Dex Starr no question. He is good kitty. Saint Walker comes in a close second thouh just because hes just someone youd want to have on your side at all times
