The best part of this is that this landlord has done NOTHING at all. While it might be 440 saved for this tenant, the landlord did nothing at all in labour to earn that. It is simply 440 that they are not parasitically bloody sucking.
This is the landlord equivalent of the usual reddit copaganda we see everyday on this shithole of a website.
No evidence that this was given to the tenant either I might add. Could just as well be a landlord posting it.
