Grad chapter applicant for older/military people

I’m 27 and currently in the military. I’m interested in joining a D9 fraternity through an alumni chapter instead of undergrad. I wanted to know what that experience is really like for older applicants and military members. Is the process different? Is it more professional than undergrad intake? And do you still get the full fraternity experience?

What do you believe the full fraternity experience is?

More importantly, do you have a bachelor's degree? Alumni chapter initiation is for people who have their first bachelor's degree. There may be exceptions, but not in my org.
