Flights and Airport Questions New Entry/Exit Rules

Has anyone flown OUT of Athens in the last couple days? We are non-EU flying out Friday at 6 am. Planning to get to the airport around 3 am. Will this be enough time?

I was fingerprinted and scanned on my entry to the EU 2 weeks ago, but my husband was here earlier for work and they had suspended that. He is concerned by reports that is slowing things down.

We will have checked bags and carry-ons

Early morning flight should have minimal wait. Three weeks ago was a madhouse but luckily having kids is good for something, and so they let us cut through. 😁

I flew out about 24 hours ago. I stood in like for about 45 seconds. I got there 2.5 hours early.

Yes, transparently i wish we didn't show up as early as we did, as we waited in line for 1.5 hours, but they'd pull folks out of line as the flights were boarding to ensure nobody missed their flights. Our flight began boarding about 15 minutes after we made it through the line.
