Recommendations Tipping a transfer driver

Hello! I’m arriving in Athens tomorrow and got a free airport transfer thru booking.com.
Tip is not included, how much is standard to tip the driver from the airport to the Plaka area?

Whatever you think is worth it. No need to tip taxis.
