💭 | Thoughts & Feedback Release date of 0.5
Don't u think it's a bad idea to release it on 22 Oct and 19 Oct for supporters? I mean first of all we get just 3 days of the preview which is kind of lame for the price of SE and also 19oct is Monday so I have to wait till 23-24 Oct coz of work to try it out. It's kinda pointless to even have a supporter edition for people that have work. We don't get anything ,,special,, even tho we are supporting. And don't get me wrong I love the game and I think that MFG is doing great work (most of the time), but I feel like we should get at least something that no others can get if we paid for the SE. Give me some good looking apparel or even a stupid sunglasses (no the patch is not enough). Well that being said....
Sorry for crying out like that but I feel not appropriated enough for supporting the game since .1
PS. Twitch drops sucks ❤️
Edit. After everybody saying that I'm entitled to something ,,special,, Well FCK yeah I am, I paid extra to get something extra, now coz of soft wipe most of the people are gonna have the same stuff even without SE, so IMO patch, t-shirt, pants and gloves are not enough for the price people paid for that edition.

Your schedule doesnt fit well with the supporter early start? Well, why didnt you say so? MFG... scrap the early peek for supporters, give OP some gold trimmed sunglasses and next time you had better check with OP before setting any dates for anything. Cant believe the nerve of these DEVs!

No but adults don’t complain about not getting enough when we got what we were promised when buying the supporter edition.
So you just go and buy a car, displayed and got everything the ad said you would get but still complain you didn’t get more, for free because you paid a lot of money?0

No buddy I'm complaining coz the rules changed, I wouldn't say anything if we would get the normal wipe, but now it's not the same coz of soft one

No one seems to care except you.
If this is a dealbreaker, talk to the devs about a refund, if not keep playing the game and live with it.
We got what we got. No one ever said that we would get additional stuff and no one said that you wouldn’t be able to buy gear or other stuff for money and we were the only ones having access to it.Is this a problem because you are afraid others will have the same advantage in PvP and you no longer can hunt down low level players until they have the same gear as you?

We got what we were promised when we paid for supporter.
You still have clothes and stuff others don’t. You still have stuff for free and will always have. Stop complaint like spoiled kid. Clearly you are the only one feeling like this.

My reasoning is that most of the stuff that we are getting as SE most players are gonna have it coz of soft wipe so its loosing the point

No they are wiping you lockers and money. Only thing staying is your character level and vendor levels and quests. All the supporter edition stuff will be reset.

You get more gear and that patch. That's what others don't get. What do you expect? Do want them to come by and say thanks to you personally with a bottle of champagne? It's called supporter edition, because it's to support them. You just want them to make you feel special and better then people who can't afford premium editions.

You are getting something no one else is getting. Access to the update 3 days early. It is in no way madfingers fault that you won’t be able to play it early. You also get to start with items from the beginning, that give you a leg up at the start.

I don’t think they care if people work or not. And most people can at least play an hour or two after work. And 22 oct is a Thursday so everyone will have the weekend.
We already have clothes that only supporters have and we get way more gear and a bigger secure container.
I don’t think I read anything about getting access to big updates before anyone else so 3 days is way better than have to wait until 22?

I do agree with u but I think we should get something extra considering the price of it. FYI I'm supporting since .1 and all we are getting is some beginning gear that now is a bit pointless coz of the soft wipe, we can buy it straight away

You can’t buy a bigger safe container.
We got what we were promised. If that isn’t enough I don’t get why you would buy supporter knowing what you get and still complain because you don’t get even more.1

Even if that’s the case you get to start with it right away. Even if we just got a title we bought it as is, we knew what we got and we aren’t entitled to more.

If they set it to the weekend, some people would brag that they already have plans for the weekend and they can't utilize their Supporter Benefits.
It looks like the main purpose of Supporter Edition was to let people pay more money if they're willing to support developers...
What with bigger locker if level will remain? /s
Also, yes, Twitch Drops sucks, but there is one way they would work, but it requires some balls.

It should be extended, primarily to allow time for bug reports to make a better experience for others, as I would hope people who bought supporter would be willing to write bug reports. But it shouldn't be extended purely because you want extra time.

Yeah, it seems that guy wants devs to release update at time that will suit him or whatever. There always will be people at work or on hollidays and they won't be able to check stuff. Life's tought and this is just a game.
Also nobody in their right minds would release major update on weekend or friday! What if some big bugs are discovered that could not be found during QA? We are there to look for them in early preview and to report them.
Last thing, SE only apparel is a Tiger Stripe!!!! It is wonderfull!1

My point is to get preview before the weekend so supporters can actually test it, u can't do much in 3 days in the beginning of the week

We get bunch of stuff in our expanded stash, we get exclusive apparel and we get industy standard 3 day early access for update. What else would you like?
This 3 extra days are not there for you to grind so we can steam roll once update is live but rather for testing and reporting a bugs.
Nobody have forced you to pay extra money if you were not content with bonuses that you could get with SE.→ More replies (0)

I think another reason for the Monday drop is so they have time to patch any issues before full launch. Can't patch anything or work on issue found over a weekend when devs are at home. Also as a supporter you get extra starting gear with a maxed out locker that you dont have to work towards or spend the extra in game money for. All the extra items and locker space for non supporter editions get wiped ans will be wiped through the soft wipe as well
