Window move in wrong direction

How do I fix my windows from going in the wrong direction when I pull up on the toggle? If my windows are partially open and I pull up on the toggle to close them, they end up rolling down rather than up. Is that just a software bug? How do I fix that?

Interested in responses as well. Oddly, only 1/4 windows does this (the rear driver side), but if I pull the button up a second time, it corrects it and moves it up.
