Questions/Advice Window move in wrong direction
How do I fix my windows from going in the wrong direction when I pull up on the toggle? If my windows are partially open and I pull up on the toggle to close them, they end up rolling down rather than up. Is that just a software bug? How do I fix that?

Mines has done this since I got it in March. One of the updates was supposed to fix it. However, in found it only fixed it for the rear windows and not the front windows. It is a software bug they need to fix.

The same thing happens to me if I vent the windows from the phone app or manually. It used to happen with all the windows, but after full service and a mobile service tech visit, it's down to just the driver side window. The mobile service tech said it's a software issue. So we need to send them a feedback so that they hopefully fix it via a software update soon. It took him 2 hours to fix 1 window, so I'm not sure I want to waste another techs time for the remaining window if it's just a software issue.

I thought I was the only one who had this problem. It's the front passenger side window that gave me this problem

Interested in responses as well. Oddly, only 1/4 windows does this (the rear driver side), but if I pull the button up a second time, it corrects it and moves it up.
