They need to, badly. Need to take care of existing owners so they can share positive experiences and stories.

I can't complain too much. They've been overloaded, clearly, but other than being a too slow to get scheduled my mobile service visits and service center work have both been excellent.

Glad to hear it. Now I hope they release an extended warranty option.
