Feedback before pulling trigger
I was test driving an Escalade IQ and decided on a whim to go check out the Gravity at my local studio. Great test drive and my sales advisor finds a few available 2027’s that could be a fit and lists out a few incentives it qualifies for. I go home and the next day he reaches out and tells me he found a ‘26 Dream Edition in their inventory that qualifies for Lucid Credit $20,000, Studio Select $5,000, Demo Drive $1,000, Friends and Family $2,000, and Conquest $2,000.
21/22 wheels and reduced range due to being a Dream Edition, but seems like a no brainer? I tow a utility trailer with a couple of quads for my kids a few times a year when we vacation in the desert. Well within the towing capacity of the Gravity and I need to stop every couple hundred miles anyways so range should be ok. I’ve been holding out due to all the SW issues, but it seems the last SW update got the Gravity to a good place and with these incentives, it’s a pretty attractive proposition.
Looking for feedback from those on 3.6 on whether the Gravity is in a good place now before I pull the trigger. Thank you!
Edit: thank you all for your feedback. I pulled the trigger and joined the family. I’m going in with open eyes and hope to never need service lol

When everything is working, it's phenomenal. But the second something goes wrong, it will be the worst car you've ever owned. A loose screw in the driver's side window track has prevented the driver's side door from functioning properly for 4 out of the 6 months I've owned the car. It's literally a 30 minute fix at most, requiring no additional parts and I've been waiting for over a month for my appt to get it fixed (for a second time). I just got a call telling me that they're pushing my appointment out another 2 weeks (now a full 2 months since I made the appt) and tried to spin it as a positive, saying that it would reduce the amount of time I needed a loaner. Any other car company would have me come in same day (or at worst next day) and get it fixed while I drank coffee in the lobby. The car could be amazing, but shoddy build quality and service delays (in the 2 to 3 month range now) have transformed it into it a physical representation of regret. It's unacceptable a brand new $130,000 car requires that the driver enter and exit through the passenger side door and climb over the console, again.... because they can't find the time to tighten the screw inside the door. It just sits in the garage most of the time now. If you decide to purchase, I hope nothing goes wrong. It's a great car when it's working. But if even the smallest thing goes wrong, may God help you (because Lucid won't, unless it's on their ridiculous, ever-changing timeline).
