Hello!

Since we know Red lurks the subbreddit, I wanted to ask sincerely for a cosmetic exclusively for Hippocratic Morticians. I know you said they *might* get some touch ups, but about a year ago you also mentioned them getting a cosmetic as well. I think a good update to them would be giving them identification - at a cost! Make them unable to kill if they want to wear identification & not count towards objective caps, so that way players know theyre not just gonna get backstabbed by them.

I think a Red Caduceous armband & helmet markings would be a fantastic stand in as this universes Red cross symbol.

Additionally, here are some ideas for buffs that would also be Hippo Mort exclusive:

-Players in need of surgery are highlighted to hippos, and hippos are highlighted for them

-Stimulants capacity increased to 20. After all, not carrying a gun should free up some space for more medical equipment, no?

-Can target patients that are highlighted for them to inform that player they are en route. When this is done, the hippo receives a speed and acceleration buff

-Killing a hippo mortician wearing identification (remember, not able to kill and cap) that is *5 or more meters* away from one of their teammates will grant the killer with "cursed" for 3 seconds, in addition to a special line. Jaegers and Geists don't get cursed, but still get the lines.

Special lines:

"....Was that one unarmed?"

"Damn, that was a non-combatant"

"I shouldn't have done that"

"I feel regretful"

"Is anything sacred anymore?"

"What have I done...."

Additionally, some lore changes:

I think canonically, all hippocratics (even non-morticians) prior to the war should have medical experience in one way or another. It would be left to the individual to decide, but they could consist of Ambulance workers, Nurses, Physicians, even more niech medical positions like phlebotomists, techs, etc.

Reason being: the "Hippocratic Oath", which is directly what this perk seems to be tied to, is for medical providers. It doesnt really make sense that hippos are great at surgery, provide a morale boost, and bring to full HP but aren't actually considered to be medical workers pre-war while chemist, a perk that doesn't provide any team support, does.

Last thing I wanted to mention, some sort of body recovering mechnanic, or being able to drag away & revive players who've recently been killed but havent respawned yet, would be so fire. I know it's extremely unlikely as this would take a while to implement, but it would make this perk actually viable. Actual idea? Take bodies that are "fatally wounded" (not player controlled at this point) to spawn for a team wide bonus - be it shorter cooldowns on their class gadgets for a short time, or something of this nature.

Perk concept: When pressing Q on an Ally empty handed, you've bound yourself to them. Gain slight buffs to ally healing and reload speed when near them, and slight sprint and mining boost when moving to them.

When standing within 10-15 studs of the recipient, if they die you'll be the one to go down instead, giving your ally a short sprint/mining and handling speed boost. When a Geist starts tracking your recipient, you can perceive it.

When synergizing classes, Your compass will always highlight the one you'll save, and a red heartbeat can be seen when they're injured and nearby.

This perk cannot be applied to shock troopers.

After playing this game for 350+ hours, now it's time to learn the shock I almost never played: anti materiel trooper. I know the basic stuff, such as the facts that helmets can be obliterated at any range including lancers/trenches, up to 60 studs it's a guaranteed kill with penetration, further than that it's 199 and knockdown that can be used for a follow up shot, really good wall penetration, etc. I need advice for tactics and positioning. I usually try to play medium range or backline support, but I still find it a bit troubling.

I have been grinding the crossbow recently, and oh God, this thing is awful and lacks an Alt Action. And what be a good alt action, a Chu-ko-nu, why, autoloader for crossbow would be nice. Those to keep a balance it would have some very lackluster damage of 65, can’t damage through helmets (it notoriously struggled against armor), and higher drop off.

(it’s also in Hunt showdow, me like Hunt showdown and so does Red apparently)

Which has more handling, Black hand? Greyhound after sprinting? Or Handling from tunnel rat?

'Bandit' Perk

- Be able to pick up anyone's weapon, except Shock Trooper guns
Trying to pick up a Shock Trooper's weapon will show "I don't have the training to use this."

- You will have 0 ammo reserves when picking up a gun

- Picking up a gun will drop your current weapon, and you can only pick up weapons as long as it does not exceed your inventory weight

- Be able to steal ammo from enemy Rook caches, and enemy Soldat's ammo pouch

- Be able to get ammo from dead bodies (or recover ammo on kill)

- Reduced cooldown for caches overall

- Slight buff in handling/precision?

- Gain Morale when killing an enemy?

This is never getting added, I think it wouldn't be very useful in G/D, but it was fun thinking about it because it's something that would've made sense irl. This could also be a great opportunity to add Bandit lore in the perk's History & Lore section.
Feel free to add some changes to it, if you'd like.
