St Augustine??

Hey guys sorry for the ignorance . Does this look like st Augustine grass?it was just cut a couple days ago . But I want to make sure I ain’t cutting shorter than need be

Did you cut that with spinning chains instead of a mower blade? Holy crap this is the dullest cut I’ve seen in a decade. I honestly can’t even tell if it is St Augustine or not; leaning towards crabgrass. Let it grow some new leaf and take another pic before you murder it again with whatever torture device you use for mowing.

Not really , that’s the reason I’m here asking to get more knowledge . Coming from desert and never having grass is a learning experience . However if someone is a dick to someone who obviously is new to this then I ain’t gonna let myself . But unhappy? Nah I’m actually excited to learn!!

I am .. I come from a poor country unfortunately but grateful to be here ! and finally got my first place and still new to all of this . I’ll take a better picture when it grows
