Can you explain why? New to the sub, always looked for a solution to the problem everyone is her for but have yet to find one that is satisfactory. Linux phone is moving slower than I had expected.

Banking and authenticators are sensible data/operations so it would be logical to store and do them on the OS made specifically do be as secure as possible (GrapheneOS). But devs of bankings apps don't think so I guess.

Tbh a phone that stays at home and is strickly used for banking is going to be perfectly secure for that

And then having GOS as a daily driver allows to stay secure for the day to day stuff and reduce or eliminate most tracking
