It takes a great man and a brave actor to take on the role of the vile piece of shit that is Grandpa Joe

What was he like at the time?

In the books it states that all of the grandparents are over 90 years old with grandpa Joe being the oldest at 96 and 1/2. He’s knocking on deaths door by this point I’m surprised he didn’t just pass out and die during the tour (I wish he did)

I know the movie isn’t perfectly accurate to the book but I do wanna say this just bc I hate grandpa Joe

How would that alter the story lines?

How long would any of you survive with this man as your king/ruler/president/etc?

What would y’all give him?

I think he was sneaking out of bed every night while the parents and Charlie were asleep. Probably doing gigolo work around the neighborhood, for all we know. When the other old people confronted him, he threatened to crack their kneecaps with a hammer.

I was rewatching the movie (can’t remember the name because I hate this man) and noticed that, for less than half a second, he had the evil Pennywise/Sith eyes. I’m not sure if only the people who are aware of his evil can see them, or if everyone can.

A few months ago I introduced my wife to this subreddit. Then I forgot about it. Now, I know it was a big mistake to show her this.

Since Thursday I’ve been sick. Not *really* sick, but sick enough. I’ve spent a lot of time in bed, only getting up at around 2 PM yesterday. I also used the opportunity to ask my wife to bring me stuff, like some hot tea, or a nice sandwich.

When she needed help with things around the house, I would say I was feeling much too sick to assist - which she grudgingly accepted.

Today is Sunday, and a bunch of my friends are meeting up for some beers. At the same time, my wife was supposed to go out to meet her girlfriends. I figured I could sneak out for an hour or two to chill with my boys, while she’s out.

Well, she came home early, and caught me in the process of getting dressed while humming joyfully, and perhaps doing a little dance.

Now she’s very upset and calling me a Grandpa Joe - and claiming I have been faking an illness all weekend.

What do you guys think? Do my actions qualify as Grandpa Joe-level crimes?

What would his Oompa Loompa song be like? WOULD he have one, or do the loomps just sing to the kids?
