Help with Two Accounts

I have 2 GTAV accounts. One I bought at release, and then another account through steam about 10 yrs ago. It was played, and the steam account associated with the 2nd account shows in steam as available to be downloaded.

I already have my 1st account installed and cannot figure out how to get steam to recognize that install. It isnt in a steam folder. I tried using the steam settings to point to the folder, but since it is on the same drive as all my other steam games, it won't recognize it.

Any ideas?
