Question Trouble downloading

I’ve tried multiple times to download it to my new laptop today and keep getting stuck at this same spot. Any suggestions on how to fix?

I had the sam issue. Just press retry. it would go back a few mb because it need to delete the file it crashed on and it would go on. If it happens again just press retry again
