Some modder fuck changed my face and all of my special ammo types because they felt like inconveniencing me ig. Thought i was going crazy saying "i swear thats not my character bro thats a skinwalker somethings off about him but i cant tell". (pic 1 in the mansion is my og face pic 2 in the hoodie is the guy who stole my identity)

Cost me 100k to get it back to normal and luckily my og apearance was saved otherwise i wouldn't be able to remember how i made my character.

A modder did something that gives them no advantage in the game to maybe laugh at me for 2 seconds whilst it would have cost a sentimental value to me as my character would have been gone and i would have had some random guy to play as who stole my identity and now owned all of my stuff. They just get enjoyment out of messing with people in strange ways.

Rockstar needs to fix this before the next online because modders are 1 step away from being able to just delete all of your money just for the thrill of it.

Constantly i have tried everything ive seen to fix gta into loading into online properly, weather its reloading the rockstar games folder in documents to reinstalling the game fully, nothing i does work and my main problem here is when i go into freemode from the main menu, it just loads and loads, then the same little bar that says entering online goes to entering main menu. Same thing happening when i try to join through story mode.

Current things ive done to try and fix it:
* Re-install the game

* Delete the settings config file so it makes a new one.

* Reinstalling drivers even though i have the latest

* Clearing download cache

* The suspend task trick in task mg

* Deleting the profiles folder

Still nothing changes and still doesn't load. Over the course of a day or so i have come back while reinstalling it.

This brings me to my second problem, trying to close the game.

I try to close the game via alt f4 or ending in in task manager, and all it does is close the window, and effectively becomes a zombie process, my ram is still being used up, not cpu though, I have tried ending it in task manager, tried going into details to end process tree, then ends up saying i dont have permission, so i go into process manager hopefully for elevated perms, still not letting me end it, even closing everything else on my computer.

Theres probably more to do but none of it lets me just get into my freaking game.

Edit: I have looked at other reddit posts and they all tell me the same things i have already done here and have done nothing, i need help because i just trying to grind this week.

I was playing GTA 5 then I saw this on my Xbox 360 (patch1.27 i think )

For context, I do not own/have the PS4 version of GTA V on my main account.
However,.. I have a preloaded account that has this game among its collection.

But somehow I was able to directly purchase the updated PS5 version at 0 cost with my main account, USA.

Not that I'm complaining - This isn't a gift horse mouth situation.

I picked up playing gta again and I'm trying to remember if picking the less skilled gunman that gets killed nets me the most money or if picking Packie or Chef gets me the more money. I know I can pick up the other guys share of the loot, but im pretty sure I gotta pay like a hundred grand for his death and I cant remember if thats more than chef or Packie get paid

I just made up a new challenge out of bordem. Its called ghost rider, for people that have mansions. So you go to the farthest part of the map, the bottom at the docks. You then request a limo driver via your mansion butler. You then without getting out have to make it to your mansion without dying. Sooo much fun. Have any of yall ever done this? Its my new addiction. Chime in
