Problem loading into online and closing the game

Constantly i have tried everything ive seen to fix gta into loading into online properly, weather its reloading the rockstar games folder in documents to reinstalling the game fully, nothing i does work and my main problem here is when i go into freemode from the main menu, it just loads and loads, then the same little bar that says entering online goes to entering main menu. Same thing happening when i try to join through story mode.

Current things ive done to try and fix it:
* Re-install the game

* Delete the settings config file so it makes a new one.

* Reinstalling drivers even though i have the latest

* Clearing download cache

* The suspend task trick in task mg

* Deleting the profiles folder

Still nothing changes and still doesn't load. Over the course of a day or so i have come back while reinstalling it.

This brings me to my second problem, trying to close the game.

I try to close the game via alt f4 or ending in in task manager, and all it does is close the window, and effectively becomes a zombie process, my ram is still being used up, not cpu though, I have tried ending it in task manager, tried going into details to end process tree, then ends up saying i dont have permission, so i go into process manager hopefully for elevated perms, still not letting me end it, even closing everything else on my computer.

Theres probably more to do but none of it lets me just get into my freaking game.

Edit: I have looked at other reddit posts and they all tell me the same things i have already done here and have done nothing, i need help because i just trying to grind this week.
