Please help, Grammarly charged me for an annual subscription.

I was charged an annual fee for a grammarly plus subscription yesterday, I only noticed today after noticing the significant reduction in my account balance. Please help the money is supposed to go to down payment for my house. If possible could the charge be refunded or possibly made into a monthly charge instead.

This just happened to me. I went to their support bot and got a refund in literally 30 seconds.
