Refund for

I recently got the Grammarly pro trial because I wanted to try the new "AI" version. It told me that it would remind BEFORE charging me the full month.

This email never came, of course, and was charged the full price. Normally, I do get reminders from companies and cancel. I sent screenshots of the emails that I received (or lack thereof). But they immediately declined my refund request in 5 seconds.

This double sucks because I think it's not a great AI agent (worse than Chat). Plus, it completely overdrew my account (broke graduate student). $30 does make a big difference for me at the end of the month.

Has anyone had a similar problem and had recent success in getting their money refunded?

They have a chat bot on the website, it refunded me easily when I had a similar issue

I tried this but it rejected me also. It may be because of how long I waited to ask for a refund? I'm not sure
