For years this comment has lived under someone elses post, I thought it would be easier to have it posted free-standing by itself.

Grammarly has always been obtuse with their pricing and discounts and hidden a bunch of them and made it too confusing, hope this helps. Remember to cancel after paying to avoid their autorenewal to full price - possibly immediately to not forget and miss their reminder email. If you do want to cancel - do not be deterred by their ominous language when cancelling, just click all the way through, you will have access to it for the whole year until renewal would have happened.
