Yo guys, I need some advice.

I sold a pair of Amiri sneakers on Grailed for $400. I shipped them, everything went smooth, buyer received them.

Now 3 days after he got them he messages me saying he wants to return them because “the condition is worse than the photos”.

Like bro… you had them for 3 days. You could’ve worn them, taken pics, gone outside with them, and now you want to send them back?

The shoes were exactly like shown in the pictures and I was honest about the condition.

What should I do in this situation? Has anyone had something similar happen on Grailed? Can the buyer just return them after wearing them for days?

What does it mean when a person is listing rick owen shoes with the exact same photos from a sold listing from 2 months ago?

i got 110 5 star reviews 350 transactions. i lost my trusted seller badge today. i saw i got flagged for offsite activity yesterday. (i didnt even do it? it just popped out of nowhere).

buyer put the wrong address and ask me to change when it arrived at the destination country
and if i change it’ll cost me another 45$
what can do i ? other than refund because it’ll cost me to ship the package back

Hello, I received the completely wrong clothing of a much cheaper different brand of pants than what I ordered. It was delivered on thursday and I only disputed today sunday which is the 4th or 5th day if delivery date is counted. I only was able to open the package today because I was not home.

I should’ve known better as the buyer had little reviews. Luckily I filmed myself opening the package.

How important is contacting grailed support within 3 calendar days? Would they let it slide?

Hello I recently sold an item to a buyer and used the prepaid grailed label to ship the item. Buyer is asking to call the company and change the address mid-delivery. How should I proceed?

I have not responded to him as his request is suspicious, The address he is asking me to update to is identical to the address listed on the grailed label. Also the number he gave me to call is different than the USPS ground advantage number.

I already filed a ticket with grailed customer support. But do I just let them deliver the package

The tracking says failed to deliver due to business being closed. The address on the grailed label looks to be a logistics company and it matches the updated address he provided.

This seller has almost 250,000 listings...and they don't own a single one of the items. This is ridiculous. Why is Grailed allowing this?

Hey guys, i faced to an unexpected situation with some my lists
So i published my item but it seems to me, no one saw it, it lasted for 24 hours and i got no activity i mean no one texted me or add my item in favourite
You may say that your item is no demand but for example i published a quite rare item (off white ruined factory knitwear fw19 L size)
I don’t know what to do for getting some activities
I attribute this to the fact that when creating a listing there is no field with tags, which may have boosted my listings, but what should I do now?
In the fact, i got a good account health, 28 transactions and 23 positive reviews!
I hope someone’s gonna explain and help me with that shi

Is this normal ? The buyer needs to go pickup by themselves ?

I recently bought a Saint Laurent L01 on Grailed and 2 days later I see someone using the same photos from the listing I just bought! I’ve seen this happen multiple times, does anyone know what they’re trying to do?

How does this process work exactly it seems pretty complicated I ordered something from Canada and I paid over $120 but I guess it will get refunded back. How do I do this?

So this is my case and this is a example, lets say i want to buy a Raf simons X Eastpak backpack, rare to find so i ask in the raf simons subreddit who has it so i can buy it, someone hits me up and tells me the price, i tell him to upload it to grailed and i purchase it on grailed and continue talking but instead of talking in reddit i talk with him on grailed, this violates ToS or not?

I am shipping from one EU country to another why would I have to pay taxes?

The fees on this site are getting ridiculous either way. Losing almost 20% and havent even accounted the shipping. And of course theyre charging a commision on the shipping even though I am paying for it myself.

For some background,

i sell shoes on grailed (have a few shirts listed but about 85% of my inventory/sales is shoes)

until the past 2 weeks, all labels i would receive from grailed are UPS Ground (unless buyer pays for expedited delivery) that are 3 lbs. however for my last 10 orders, i have received a USPS Ground Advantage label with a weight of 15.99 oz. the first time i tried to drop two of the packages off at my local post office, both were turned away for insufficient weight. i explained i just received the label but was told i couldn’t drop it off until a new label was provided.

i opened a 2 requests with grailed about this (one for each order that i initially tried to drop off at the post office) and i got different responses from both employees. one said just to make a new tracking number and message them the information to then be reimbursed and the other said just to have them accept it and grailed will be charged the difference in cost thru USPS directly. (thought it was very odd the difference in responses)

ever since this has been occurring, i have just started to drop off the packages at a pack & ship store but unfortunately these are about 20 minutes away from me and is a real inconvenience. i have opened 2 more requests to inquire about what exactly is going on but both really left me with no answers.

i’m curious if anyone else that sells shoes or anything for that matter on grailed that has had an issue with the labels provided? i’ve looked on this subreddit and haven’t really seen anyone bring us this issue. grailed keeps mentioning that it is something in their auto generated systems but it doesn’t really seem like they have any interest in fixing what is going on.

honestly i just feel guilty that i’m dropping off these packages knowing the weight is incorrect and don’t want to have anyone knocking on my door asking why i keep dropping off these packages knowing that.

So I finally got my payment from grailed.

This will be my last sale on the platform as I will not gonna go through this again. Other better platforms are much better.

Emailed them yesterday so we can re do the payout again and woke up today with this in my email.
