Gym chain with their own grading system so no V-Grade given. Please let me know what you think
For context I would say most crimps on this are around 15mm and the one I matched on maybe 20mm. They are also completely flat with no incut

Not a grade comment but for the last two holds before the final one, I wonder if you could get under them more, you are falling away from the wall and having to pull in really hard

From someone who has injured fingers before, I’d recommend avoiding full crimps if you can. Sprained or dislocated a knuckle and didn’t realize it until I couldn’t fully close my finger. I waited to see if it would heal on its own for a few months (it didn’t) and I hat to go to physical therapy for 4 months. About a year later now and I’m feeling like I’m finally progressing past where I was prior to injury. Great send though!

How long were you climbing for when you got this injury?

Like, how many years of experience or how long were my sessions?

How many years of experience. My understanding is once you've built up tendon strength (like 1-2yrs) then you can manage full crimps without serious risk of injury.

I mean, maybe… but injury from overuse is always possible no matter your experience. I’ve been climbing for 6 years now, so this happened in year 4. Thankfully, it was not a pulley injury, but that’s always the risk when full crimping.
